I have been one of those people. As a professionally working mum with many caring responsibilities I've experienced burnout which has lead to weight gain, poor fitness and low mood in the past.
I can help you prioritise yourself to take care of you and your loved ones. As the saying goes 'put your oxygen mask on first'.
