My Story
How I Started and Where I Am Going
Over the last 10 years I have experienced first-hand the affects of stress, depression, burnout, PTSD, and postnatal depression due to changes within my life.
During this time in my life I also was diagnosed with gestational diabetes whilst I was pregnant with my second child, and was left unsupported by public health services. This, paired with the fact that my mother sadly died of a cancer that can be caused by obesity, caused me to sit up and take a good long look at my health and lifestyle.

I have worked hard to learn more about the mind-body connection and how your physical state can influence your mental well-being. It’s these experiences that led me to learn more about health, well-being and positive psychology.
With the knowledge I’ve learnt and a lot of deep personal work I have been able to tackle my mental and physical health, build resilience, change habits and become a happier healthier person. To understand more about why the changes I’ve made helped, I decided to certify as a health coach.

Using my professional experience and skills as a human resources professional and certified coach, with my lived experience and a decade of research into health and wellbeing, I am excited to support my clients to help them make the changes they want to in order for the to reach their full potential.
